- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapy staff to support pupils’ progress
- Encourage pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Experience working with children with SEND (specialist setting experience preferred)
- Patience, empathy, and a caring approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse pupil needs
- Commitment to supporting inclusive learning and wellbeing
- Location: Leeds (LS11 and surrounding areas)
